- How can I make a refund?

o 1. Go to the "My Return Requests" area in the "My Account" section on akkermansiam.com.tr.

o 2. Press the "Create New Request" button and view your order.

o 3. You can complete your transaction by pressing the Save and Continue button.

 

- How can I send the product?

o Our address for return; Fatih mah. Yakacık Cad. Çelebi Sokak No:10-12 Kat:1 D:17 Sancaktepe / ISTANBUL. You can send it free of charge with Aras Kargo For product return; We would like to help you if you fill in and sign the relevant fields in the return section at the bottom of your invoice and send the product that comes with the cargo back to us in a complete, undamaged manner.

- What are the return conditions?

o - The return period is 15 days from receipt of your order.

o - You need to get a return shipping code to return your products for FREE. You can contact our customer service to get a return shipping code.

o - Hygienic products such as food products and products that cannot be reused when the package is opened are not accepted for return.

o - Used, worn, washed or damaged products are not subject to return. In these cases, no refund will be made.

- Do I pay the shipping costs for returns?

o You can send your orders to us FREE of charge with the selected shipping company on behalf of Akkermansiam.

- When will the refund of the product I returned/canceled be made?

o The refund process is completed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product (if the product meets the return conditions).

- I lost my invoice, how can I make a refund?

o If you lose your invoice, you can request your invoice by sending an e-mail to info@akkermansiam.comtr.

- When will my order arrive?

o Although the delivery time varies depending on the delivery address, it is 2 business days within Istanbul and 3 business days outside Istanbul.

- Where is my cargo?

o When your order is delivered to the cargo, you will receive an information mail, and then information about the process will continue to be sent via sms and e-mail.

- Does your company deliver cargo on public holidays?

o Cargo delivery is not made on public holidays.

- Can I pay by wire transfer or debit card?

o You can pay your orders with all bank cards or by wire transfer.
